What if I have a rough concept but I'm not sure how to execute it?

WSTD LVE. will support you throughout your creative process regardless of whether you have a solid idea for your project or not. It's as important to us as it is to you, that you receive a project that best reflects your artistry.

Do you only offer music videos?
No! We offer a wide range of services in photography, videography and music production. Find out more on the 'Services' section.

What is the usual turnaround?
Our usual turnaround is within two weeks. However this varies based on the scope of the project and we aim to provide a more accurate time frame when booking.

What if I need a faster turnaround?
You'll receive a deadline during the pre-production stage but we understand some projects might be more urgent, in that case the process can be sped up with an additional rush fee. This fee is 40% of the project cost.

How are payments made?
Prior to starting a project, a mandatory 50% deposit is required for us to book the date and proceed with the production. The remaining 50% is paid once the client has confirmed they are happy with the finished product and will receive the final product without our WSTD LVE. watermark.

Who owns the copyright to the work?
The client will be given all copyright once payment has been made in full. However, WSTD LVE. will retain author's rights to display the works on portfolio sites.

What if my shoot runs longer than anticipated?
Productions can run over longer than expected, we can usually accommodate for this but shoots that run over more than 30 minutes will incur additional costs in-line with our standard hourly rate.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made up to 48-hours before the shoot will be subject to an admin fee of 10% of the project cost. Cancellations made within 48-hours prior to the shoot will require the client to cover any out-of-pocket expenses along with an additional 15% charge.

Can I reschedule my shoot?
You can reschedule any time at no extra cost up to 48-hours before the shoot. Rescheduling shoots within 48-hours prior to the shoot will incur a £20 admin fee.

How long do you store the files?

Original and final files will be held by WSTD LVE. for 45 days past project finalisation. If you require us to store files longer than this or indefinitely, than please ask us about our storage fee.

What if I want changes done to the final project?
Most of our productions will include at least one revision, any additional revision past that will incur an additional cost, either as a flat fee or at a standard hourly rate.

What is a revision?
At WSTD LVE. we define a revision as a request for changes when the final project has already been delivered and accepted by the client.
